Zwaremachine, the now three-piece EBM band from Minneapolis, has just released a new EP, entitled Conquest 3000 where, together with the original mix, we can find three remixes by X1L3, Batavia and Hostile Architect. Conquest 3000 is the first single from the band’s next album, which hopefully will be released soon. We would like to remind you that we interviewed Zwaremachine twice in the last twelve months, so if you want to know more about the band, you have plenty to read.
This is the first track with the new live line-up of Mach Fox, Dbot and Dein Offizier. Also, Swedish producer and usual collaborator Planktoon added additional drum programing and synths. Honestly, this is one of the best songs made by Mach Fox’s band, full of hooks and very, very powerful. A really intense rhythm, frightening sirens and intelligent lyrics about greed and ecological disaster are the elements of this incredible single. And a short description of the remixes: X1L3 slows down the rhythm and makes the track heavier, Batavia’s mix is more danceable while Hostile Architect keeps the spirit of the original and at the same time shows us something new.
