Equal got interested in electronic music at the end of the 20th century, when techno in the capital of Spain began to be forged on the basis of large events with the best national and international DJs. That is where he began to draw his musical influences, which led him in 2001 to start acquiring his first vinyls and shape the artist he has become today.
Equal is a producer and dj from Madrid, who has spent many years showing his style in different clubs in the capital such as Specka, Stella (Stigma), Yasta, Sirocco, Republik, etc.. In those clubs, he has shared the booth with artists such as Cristian Varela, Joey Beltram, Wavesound, Hans Bouffmhyre, Pelacha, Kike Pravda, etc.
As a producer, he has released on labels all over the world such as B55 Records, Concerns Music, Intrusion Series, Fluxus Records, Geométrika FM, etc, where he has shown his most personal version of techno.
He is a DJ capable of playing in different formats, vinyl or digital, and in his sessions he looks for a musical selection designed in dark, acid, percussive and direct sounds for the dancefloor, creating a symbiosis between the artist and the public, generating great sound experiences.
He is currently resident DJ at DRY Events.
