Unknown Pleasures Records closes after seven years of Post-punk, Cold Wave, Neo Folk, Minimal Wave and EBM releases with a cover album of <strong>Death In June<\/strong>. The record can be downloaded for free <a href=\"https:\/\/hivmusic1.bandcamp.com\/album\/uprgold-15-honoris-di6-neo-folk-free-download\">here<\/a> and there will also be a CD version for the 300 best buyers who will receive it for free with their orders from June. In this compilation, we find some of the artists of the roster of the label such as <strong>Larme Blanche<\/strong>, <strong>Judith Juillerat<\/strong> and <strong>Ono Scream <\/strong>covering the songs of the legendary band of <strong>Douglas Pearce.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">We have talked a lot of the label lately, sometimes because they have published some works of artists we\u00a0interviewed, such as\u00a0<strong>Signal Aout 42<\/strong> (with his project<strong>\u00a0GRAND((\u00d8))SIGNAL<\/strong>), <strong>Antipole<\/strong> or<strong> Der Himmel \u00dcber Berlin<\/strong>, or because we have reviewed albums by <strong>Follow Me Not<\/strong>, <strong>Blind Delon<\/strong>, <strong>Chemical Waves<\/strong> or <strong>Judith Juillerat.<\/strong> The Franco-Spanish label has introduced us to some really interesting new artists during the latest years such as <strong>La Main<\/strong>, <strong>Maman K\u00fcsters<\/strong>, <strong>Icesun<\/strong>, <strong>Kill Shelter<\/strong>, <strong>Versari<\/strong> or <strong>Velvet Kills: <\/strong>all of them have published really interesting new albums lately and we will review them soon. We should not forget the works by classic bands like <strong>Norma Loy<\/strong> (and <strong>Anthon Shield<\/strong> on his own), <strong>Neon Electronics<\/strong> or the compilation of <strong>Art Kinder Industrie<\/strong> edited by the label during its seven-year life. And last but not least, we must remember the many projects of its boss, <strong>Pedro Robles Pe\u00f1a<\/strong> who has released with <strong>Fluxus<\/strong>, <strong>HIV +<\/strong>, <strong>A\u2605I<\/strong> and <strong>Adan &amp; Isle<\/strong> some of the best references of Unknown Pleasures Records.
